"We’ve had a good experience at VYV. The front desk staff and leasing office team are friendly and helpful, and Ana is truly the best. She is one of the most professional, kind, and reliable staff members I’ve ever met. Maintenance is fast, packages have always been secure, and parking is convenient. The amenities aren’t overly fancy, but they meet everyday needs well. I actually appreciate the building’s more practical, low-key style instead of trying too hard to feel “luxury.” There were a few water shutoffs over the past two winters that were inconvenient, but overall VYV has been a comfortable and dependable place to live."

"My wife and I had an excellent experience touring VYV, and it honestly made our decision a no-brainer. Ana was absolutely wonderful. She gave us a thorough tour, explained the entire leasing process clearly, and answered all of our questions with a lot of patience. She was always very prompt with her responses and truly went above and beyond, especially when helping us coordinate and get clarity from the parking authority. It really felt like she cared and wanted to make the process smooth for us. We also want to mention Anthony, who gave us a tour as well and was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the building. We toured several other apartments in the area, and nothing came close to the welcoming atmosphere at VYV. At many other places, we barely got responses, were not offered guided tours, or felt like communication was completely outsourced and impersonal. If potential tenants are left hanging like that, it honestly makes you wonder how current residents are treated. At VYV, we felt genuinely welcomed from the start. That made all the difference. We can’t wait to move in and are very excited to call this place home."

"This is our second year residing in VYV Apartments and it's been amazing! We switched apartment units for a change in layout. The transfer process has been easy and hassle-free. Shoutout to our leasing consultant, Oscar Macias, who's provided great assistance during the entire thing. Oscar never fails to help while wearing the brightest smile. All the staff from concierge to maintenance have been super courteous and efficient. Heck, even the lovely baristas at the ground floor Le Cafe Coffee are all like family to us at this point. Our neighbors are respectful and mindful of the common spaces. Amenities are superb and have been maintained decently. No trouble with any packages/deliveries as well. We could really see ourselves settling here for a long time. This spot is a gem to the growing community here in Jersey City."

"Getting my lease for this building was initially a frustrating and stressful experience due to unnecessary complications...until Ana B. stepped in to assist. She was communicative, something that should have been provided to me from the start..., and handled everything efficiently and in a very timely manner. I truly wish I had started my entire process with her- it would have made things SIGNIFICANTLY easier and far less annoying. Def recommend asking for Ana if you're planning to view VYV! Been living here for about 2, 3 weeks, and everything's been great so far. I love my unit, the front desk staff members are always polite and friendly, and the amenities have met my expectations.
